Andrew is a qualified electronics engineer and University Medal recipient. Before becoming an actor and facilitator he worked in IT and software marketing for over 20 years.

He is trained and experienced in Roleplay, Forum Theatre, Facilitation and Corporate Training Videos. 

Since returning to Australia from the UK in 2012, Andrew's skills as an actor and facilitator have continued to develop in the behavioural change and organisational change environments.

Areas of role-play application include Assessment Centres, Change Management, Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Staff Appraisal, Motivation and Disciplinary, Leadership Development, Staff Inductions and Board Level/C-Suite Development.
